As a registered company and a registered Irish charity with staff, volunteers and many different services, we recognise that we must operate to the highest standards of governance and compliance and provide transparency and accountability in everything we do.
As the governing body, the board meets at regular intervals to set policies and oversee the management of the organisation. We ensure that we have appropriate and proportionate policies and procedures to help us achieve our aims and that we have systems and mechanisms to inform us of our ongoing responsibilities.
Within the board, we have a diverse range of qualities, skills, business acumen and life experiences that ensure we have active engagement, participation and healthy debate within the board’s decision-making processes.
